Background:
Before the Trustee's Final Report is filed, it is first submitted to the US Trustee for review. After the U. S. Trustee's Office has completed the review, the UST files the Final Report. The report will always be filed by Patrick Layng. The Trustee files all Applications for Compensation and the Notice.

Note: The Trustee may attach a Proposed Order to each application or may file 1 Proposed Order and relate it to multiple applications
Per Local Rule 2002-2, in Chapter 7 cases, if the assets of the estate available for distribution equal or exceed $5000.00, the trustee, rather than the clerk, must serve the Notice of Trustee's Final Report and Applications for Compensation. Notice will be served on the debtor, trustee, and only those creditors that have filed claims.
The docket text will indicate that trustee or clerk will send notice or notice has been included.

Enter case number and click Next

Select Chapter 7 Final Report - Asset from event pick list and click Next

Select U.S. Trustee from party pick list and click Next

The PDF Document selection screen will display:

The Modify Text page will display. Click down arrow to select a prefix if applicable.

The Final Text page will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct/if correct

Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
